Product Return & Warranty Inquiry

 

Return policy:

  • Effective receipt is needed for product exchanged or return within 7 days after purchase.

  • The return request is limited to new products only. If the products were opened or used, warranty replacement will be provided only.

  • Please complete the form below and get the application number. We will reply the application by email.

  • Note: Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

 

Maintenance service:

  • Customer should complete the warranty registration within 30 days of purchased the goods.

  • 2 ways shipping costs are paid by customers.

 

Hong Kong and Macau Customer:

  1. Please contact with an agent in Hong Kong and Macau, SRSWorks Limited. Please send email to cs@srsworks.com to arrange for maintenance services.

 

Overseas customer:

  1. Customer should send an email to cs@movfazz.com, enclosed photos of the official receipt, package box and damaged product for reserving products.

  2. Please send the official receipt, box and product photos to the address of Movfazz acording to Movfazz’s reply e-mail. Delivery fee should be prepaid by customer.

  3. After receiving the damaged product, Movfazz will send customer a payment request email for return shipping cost.

  4. After receiving the shipping cost, Movfazz will ship the product within 2 working days. Shipping costs and the shipment leadtime will vary depending on different countries.
